Make sure you triple check they have your updated number. Made an appointment and was told I'd get a reminder call. I noticed I never got one and called to follow up because I thought it was at the end of the month. Was told they tried calling but it was out of service, they read off two numbers that were out of service and I explained that I'd provided the updated one when the appointment was made. They put me on hold for over 5 minutes then told me because I no called no showed they wouldn't be able to see me again. I expl... read more
Guess i should have read the reviews! Denied healthcare after waiting 2 hours to be seen as a new patient! Even with great insurance! Rude place, overheard staff talking about patients not to mention the dirty chairs in waiting room. Just another broken link in the healthcare chain.
