Really tired of the long wait times. They expect you to arrive 15 mins early but make you wait at least 15 minutes AFTER your appointment time. I had to wait over an hour before. And have the nerve to have signs that state if you’re 10 minutes late you may not be seen. I really like my OB but if I wasn’t 30 weeks I would be switching practices. Some of us have jobs and a life outside of doctor appointments. Extremely unhappy and stressed which I should NOT be especially while being pregnant.
Currently trying to look for a different obgyn. The doctor itself was fine, but she didn’t try to get on a personal level. They also did ultrasound through a TABLET!? With no option to get a picture to take home. Made my first experience seriously so awful as I was so excited to see baby.
The receptionist need so much more training. They are the most unhelpful and rudest people in this office. When asking questions they never have the answers and if you ask a nurse they also seem to not know. Always when asking a question and then confirming before you leave people are telling you two different things.
I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. Initially, they called me the day of my appointment to reschedule, despite me taking time off work to attend and waiting a very long time for the appointment. When I called to reschedule, the soonest they could offer was three months out. After waiting the full three months, I had to take more time off work for the new appointment, only to be told on the day of my appointment that I needed to reschedule yet again.
