Staff always answers phone call. Doctors are really nice. Overall the team is great.
Office staff incompetent. Unfortunate because Dr. Moffett is wonderful. They canceled 3 appts and didn’t bother to inform me not use the address that will pull up under Google!!! After arriving at that address I called the office and they gave me directions stating they could still see me. Of course when I arrived 15 mins later they couldn’t see me!!! Would my appointment only have taken 15 min?? I was informed by them that they were not responsible for google!!! Really!!!!!!!! I had a business in google and yes you are. By ... read more
I love that Dr. Moffitt sits an discusses any concerns you may have. His exam was quick, easy and professional, he makes going to a gynecologist very comfortable!
Doctor Moffett is great, give good advice an explanations. Always someone new/missing at check in. Office staff should be better trained an knowledgeable. Could be supervision or inexperience
