I was cared for by Mass General Brigham OB/GYN through two pregnancies. They were amazing. I saw multiple providers who all took the time to give patient centered care. They listened to concerns and answered any questions I had. The doctors and midwives at the deliveries were also amazing.
Everyone I interacted with through this practice was so kind and supportive-nursing, the front desk and administrative staff and especially Dr. Phyoe-Battaglia who helped me through a really hard time and showed so much compassion. I needed a procedure and Dr. Diaz who performed it was also wonderful along with all of the staff who I encountered at Salem hospital.
I am a 73-year-old man and have been receiving spam calls from this number.
I have only had great experiences with this practice, especially Dr Nathan and Dr Mastrazi (I might have spelled her last name wrong). I am surprised by such negative reviews. I have found the office in danvers and swampscott pleasant and helpful!
Went in for an annual and was billed for a preventative visit even though there was no diagnosis or treatment advice given and they did perform an annual. Both Dr. Duclos and the receptionist told me I was in for an annual, and at no point was informed that it had turned into a preventative visit nor did I ever consent for that. Seems like the practice misleads and minsinforms patients for money, please stay away.
