I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Waller and his nurse practitioner, Fran, for their exceptional care and professionalism. However, I regret to inform you that I will no longer be utilizing the services of the Prattville office due to inefficiencies in patient flow. They don’t want to help at all, always giving me the run around. Always say gone call and leave a voicemail NEVER do , NOBODY have time to be wasted!!!!
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Paula Rust. It did take a while to get my initial appointment scheduled, however I didn’t wait more than 3-5 mins in the waiting room after checking in. I am borderline iatrophobic (fear of doctors) but even without mentioning that to her, I felt comfortable with Dr. Rust. She listened, had good advice and yet was extremely quick and efficient. My exam didn’t take long at all and I was out the door in less than 30 mins.
Front desk lady hung up on me before I could even make an appointment :/ seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing.
My wife and I came here! First gynecologist we’ve ever been to. They were judgment free and very knowledgeable and sweet to us. Most definitely would recommend to anyone!
