Never returns calls or answers the phone
We visited the doctor, and she just started ranting about the patriarchy. We don't have anytime for this garbage, just do your job. When I called another time to schedule to pickup records, the front desk was extremely rude. This has been the most unprofessional organization. It's like an insane asylum ran by the patients. Avoid here at all costs. The actual Jefferson doctors at the proper location were great, but this office is a zoo.
If I could give less than one star, I would. They were supposed to schedule an appointment for me six months ago, and they never did. When I called to find out why I hadn’t received a confirmation, I learned that the appointment was never booked—even though I had confirmed the date with them over the phone. They then scheduled me for an appointment three months from that call, which meant I was seen six months later than originally planned.
