I went to this office for the first time and the receptionist was very kind and Dr Florendo is very nice I've been seeing her for many years at the other Einstein location and she's always been a great doctor. Answers all my questions and takes her time with me.

Worst office ever. They need a reminder at the 6-month mark to make an appointment, otherwise you'll forget and get screwed once your annual rolls around. Their staff is unprofessional. The doctors are rarely ever in the Jenkintown office. They never give me enough meds to last the year, and calling them about this is a hassle. Location-wise, it's perfect, but other than that, it's not worth going back to. I swear, some of these reviews are bought and paid for, too. Leaving for good.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Every single time I need a birth control refill I spend weeks and weeks calling over and over, leaving messages, trying to get in contact with someone and it’s always a problem. They don’t answer my pharmacy, they don’t answer me, they don’t return messages. This is beyond frustrating. I called at 2 pm on a Thursday and the automated message said the office was closed.
