I have been a patient for 11 years. Ever since switching to brown University this office has been awful. Scheduling same day is actually impossible no matter the complication , then you have to chase for results. If they can't keep up with their patients I don't understand how they are accepting new ones. This practice isn't safe anymore.
Ive been think about writing this review for a year. The experience I had really stuck with me and bothered me. If you’ve ever wanted to be speed-interviewed about your medical history in a public hallway, this is the place for you. My normal Dr. retired and took six months to get a new patient appointment here — and then they rescheduled it twice. They truly have the best midwives.
The receptionist is always helpful and the midwives there are all excellent, especially Chelsea Shea !
