The receptionist is always helpful and the midwives there are all excellent, especially Chelsea Shea !
The quality of care at OB-GYN & Associates has fallen off a cliff. I've been going to this practice for over 10 years and it's unfortunate what's happening. From the lack of customer service by front desk staff at S. County Trail to the lack of enthusiasm & humanity from the OBGYNs, overall terrible. As for the Midwifes, they've seemingly lost most of the good ones. Very unfortunate especially during this delicate time/during a pregnancy. Leaves one feeling hopeless. Expect to be seen late AND still be treated like a nuisanc... read more
Very rude reception staff. My daughters first appointment there, abrasive, rude, nothing friendly about this group. The Dr's may be great, who knows, I wouldn't deal with this staff again either way.
