Ive been think about writing this review for a year. The experience I had really stuck with me and bothered me. If you’ve ever wanted to be speed-interviewed about your medical history in a public hallway, this is the place for you. My normal Dr. retired and took six months to get a new patient appointment here — and then they rescheduled it twice. They truly have the best midwives.
The receptionist is always helpful and the midwives there are all excellent, especially Chelsea Shea !
The quality of care at OB-GYN & Associates has fallen off a cliff. I've been going to this practice for over 10 years and it's unfortunate what's happening. From the lack of customer service by front desk staff at S. County Trail to the lack of enthusiasm & humanity from the OBGYNs, overall terrible. As for the Midwifes, they've seemingly lost most of the good ones. Very unfortunate especially during this delicate time/during a pregnancy. Leaves one feeling hopeless.
