I’m going preface this review with dr Kaplan is a phenomenal doctor and I highly recommend. This review mainly reflects the office staff/ whoever handles their admin? The world golf location is closed! Even the recording on their phone gives directions to this location - still closed!!! Have to battle the parking lot at UF Flagler to go to their office.
A shout out to Samantha Reynolds. She is amazing. I get scared going to Dr's. due to childhood emotional trauma. She made me feel so comfortable, talked me through it all and offered her compassion and incredible smile. Thank you for not only solving my medical issue but for your compassionate heart.
Dr Long takes the time to listen to any concerns, she is kind and patient. She adjusts my compound medications based off our conversation and will search if I feel I need a more affordable option. I leave confident that I know what to expect from the meds and when my next labs are due. I would 100% recommend Dr Longs practice and feel lucky she has a new office in Ponte Vedra. Very satisfied
Samantha was amazing with my teenage niece at her first gynecology appointment. She immediately put her at ease and created a safe, comfortable environment where she felt comfortable asking questions and having open conversations.
