I went here in July 99% certain I had an ovarian cyst. Was told that I was probably bloated for "no reason" and immediately asked about fertility and contraceptives. Two days later I went to the ER because the large cyst that was in fact on my ovary ruptured.
Had an appointment this morning and everything that went wrong, went wrong. Miscommunication from the start, walked in expecting to get something that turned out just to be a consultation. The nurse practitioner I had was very rude and had terrible bedside manner. I felt attacked and insulted during my consultation. I was only trying to ask questions and try to better understand things but kept getting interrupted and told that I was wrong. Walked out feeling terrible about myself. Will not be going back here.
this is my favorite gyno (and probably dr in general) I’ve ever been to. I was in and out for my annual in 30 mins. dr v is kind, listens well, and offers options without making me feel pressured to utilize them
