An entire group of incompetent nurses and doctors. Was told everything was fine in a visit then checked MyCharts visit summary to learn the complete opposite. Then called to see if I could come in to sign release forms to switch doctors and was told to come into the office at a certain time and the office was closed. Their communication skills are horrible and they don’t care about their patients.
This place is garbage. I had a premature baby and almost died due to the negligence of Dr. Delma. Please steer clear. You’d be safer almost anywhere else.
I had Dr.Barns my entire pregnancy and he was absolutely wonderful. When it came time to deliver, Dr. Delma took care of me and has been with me ever since. She made labor and delivery such a great experience. And my c-cection scar looks better than I ever expected. She deliviered my babygirl being happy and healthy. I truly had an amazing experience through my whole pregnancy being with them. I couldn't have asked for any better dr. Or any better team of nursed taking care of me.
I want to hug and thank nurse Amy a million times. I have a terrible fear of going to the doctors and she was extremely sweet and caring and helped to calm me down a lot. Dr Barnes is a very caring and calming doctor as well. Thank you!
I’ve been getting a depo shot for about 6-7 years now, never have had a co pay and I’m in here every 3 months. Everytime I come here there are certain people at front desk that always call for a copay no matter what. So today I pull up my insurance coverage just for them to tell me I have to call billing. Besides the rudeness and lack of care I am truly getting fed up with this place. No compassion and no one cares.
