I believe this is a beautiful place and I love this customer satisfaction. Nice place to come over and they will be taking care of you as much as they can.
Sod delivered to my home, pallet of sod look like garbage all in pieces nothing but dirt, landscaper laid as soon as received,we start watering right away was told not enough water, yeah right ,then told too much water,which one is it,one week sod was dead told needs water ,still dead,rain from sky still dead, one month later still dead, it was bad sod from the beginning.just a horrible pallet,why can't you except that's how things go it happens sometimes. I'm a disabled veteran and I am giving OB only two stars because one is for the great front desk help I received and the other is for the on-time delivery. However, I can't give any positive points for the poor quality grass they sold me, nor to Jose for telling me it when bad because I should have laid it down within 24 hours of it's Wednesday delivery instead of waiting until Saturday. This really shocked me because I passed their store daily and saw most of their pallets sitting in the same spot for nearly a week or more.... read more
