This clinic has saved my life twice now & the second time around saved not only me but my unborn (at the time she’s almost 2 now and THRIVING) child’s life too🩷 I’m forever grateful to the ENTIRE staff at both the main st & pembina clinics. Went here for a few months with no problems till this last weekend my methadone prescription was up and I was supposed to see a Dr for a prescription on Friday. Well Friday comes around and I'm flat our told sorry the Dr isn't actually available your basically screwed. I've been on methadone at a high dose for 10 years I can't just go without but the totally left me with no options all they said was was go to the er maybe they will help you. Disgusting. Never anyone around to help you with your life here... and you have to be belittled to the people who work here and you are treated as an junkie for the most part
Not sure about why all the mixed reviews? Dr.Murray Hoy is great. Personable. Outgoing . Relatable. He understands the struggle in general. I felt seen and heard during my time here. I frequented the clinic for 2 years and kicked the habit during covid. I first called and was told they weren't taking new patients in 2018? Then I dropped in and was put on same day. Have been a client at this methadone clinic for almost 3 years, with absolutely NO issues. Not with urine screens, and not with any member of the professional staff such as Crystal or Dr. Murray Hoy. Was hospitalized from Saturday January 6-16, 2023. Returned to clinic to pick up my weekly doses (as per usual), and the ENTIRE PHARMACY STAFF treated me like I was a drug-addled person off of the street.
