As a person who is the defendant in an injury claim for an individual Troy and Charles are representing which stems from a collision in London- I am willing share my experience with anyone who is interested. This is a claim that was unsuccessful at mediation for all involved parties. This is collision took place in June 2020. This review will be removed upon completion of the trial which to my knowledge has yet to be scheduled.
