I can’t thank Heng from Oatley Mechanical Centre enough! I had a bit of a silly moment when my car ran out of petrol, and to make matters worse, I tried starting it too many times and drained the battery. Heng went above and beyond—he came out to me with fuel, and when the car still wouldn’t start, he came back again to jumpstart it without a fuss. A recent oil change and pink slip carried out. No issues were noted by the mechanic. After a week a horrible scraping noise started from the front of the car. I was out of area so another mechanic hoisted the car only to find the plastic cowling under the oil filter had not been screwed and clipped back on. This is just poor practice. I will no longer service my cars there.
Fast, affordable, no dramas. Will return for future car needs.
