Update: This has been resolved, but my brother had to travel a few hours to talk to them in person. They did not resolve it till after several calls and his visit. My grandparents’ monument in Salem Cemetery was destroyed over 4 years ago. The insurance paid Oates Monument the money to restore it, yet after many phone calls, the only thing we are getting is excuses.
