Our A/C went out while we were on vacation… Family let us know the house was getting hot. My options were: 1. Shave the dogs 2. Call Oates Air Thankfully, I chose the one that didn’t involve traumatizing the pups or jeopardizing my marriage. I reached out to Oates Air after hours, and he was incredibly responsive. He showed up at our house in a timely manner and had everything diagnosed and fixed before he left. The guy’s a true legend and clearly cares about what he does.
