I'm writing this specifically regarding the individual that Gayle said was awful. She's been let go. She was fired a few months ago now. The reason I'm even posting this, is just in case that review or even the person mentioned in that review deters anybody from getting the help that they need
The OATC on Champagne Drive in North York is an incredible Clinic that helps all of their clients from day one of on boarding right through their entire treatment plan. They don’t treat people like a number they give everybody the respect and dignity that is required in an environment, such as this I have been in the addiction field for numerous years and have dealt with clinics over that time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT ATTEND ANY OF THE OATC CLINICS!!! The North York location has a worker there by the name of Ni**i who is beyond horrible to deal with, zero understanding for patients who are dealing with addiction. Zero understanding of what it’s like for somebody to battle with addiction and have to go through this program. I sadly have been a patient of this clinic for several years.
