They never ever answer the phone. Update: They now always answer the phone, unless there's a good reason not too. Olivia and Alexis are amazing. Both are super friendly, not judgemental at all and want to help you. It was a little sketchy when I first started the program, the sample lady was selling drugs in the bathroom part and offering to fake tests if you paid her. But she's been long gone. please do your self a favour if you are in need of addiction services please avoid OATC. Not only do they discriminate on people with disabilities they also do not care about your recovery journey. they care about numbers to make sure they get they big pay checks! these are people’s lives and you treat it as it’s a joke! It was just a few years ago they fired there sample lady as she was taking payments to clean urine aswell as sell her medication to clients! they should’ve shot the doors on this place years ago, instead of ... read more

Best clinic in the city.If your goal is to get sober this is the place that'll get you there. All the employees are great and professional and if not for this place of probably be using still if not dead .

In my opinion you should be staying open longer on weekends because some people struggle to get there before noon on a Saturday or a Sunday so it would be that much more helpful if you just stayed open even an hour longer.
