This office needs assistance with their phone system and the way they respond to patients. Everything is automated, and you can never get a live person to answer questions, even simple ones. If you ask to call someone back, once you do have someone on the phone, they cannot or will not give you their extension; therefore, to call them back, you have to go through their lengthy automated phone system just to have to leave another message. Physician Assistant Jordon Duncan was helpful in my second opinion of Chonic Sinus infection . Recommend ct scan & Rinse with antibiotics & steroids 2 times a day. If not better in 2 weeks, will ask to see a Dr. Joseph Long
