Greatest treatment program that actually works. However, since Mason left, my insurance reimbursement checks stopped coming. My insurance said they haven't received any claims from them. Nor have I gotten an EOB. Not sure if the change of staff is to blame, but I normally got a check to cover a bit of the visit.

Every part of my experience with Dr. Milbrandt and the staff was great. From my first text with questions right up to my lab drawing, everything went smoothly.
