We have used Oasis for at least 8 years now. We have never had the experience the previous reviewer had. They have always been professional; they show up promptly and fix things quickly. I think their prices are fair.
The first Well Drilling company I called and it was the worst customer Service answer I have ever received. I was looking for a Well Driller on the internet and I was calling the companies in order as they appeared on the list. Oasis Water Well Drilling was the first. When I called a gentlemen answered with "hello". No company name or personal name announced. When I asked what company I was calling the guy said " I don;t know, you called me."
