Fair rating, for fair prices. First off, your customer service carries a know-it-all undertone of rude. Yes, your products are are handmade (fun fact, this practice is illegal in some states) but they don't let it steep, as you should (for like, up to 3 weeks). After my most recent visit, I'd much rather spend $30 on a 30ml bottle, so that I can have quality juice that tastes good, not quality juice that is lazy. I liked this place and it's workers a lot, and they have good deals. But today I went in to buy juice and my friend was with me, the guy who helped me I had met once before in the store. I believe he was a manager and he asked for our ID's but my friend forgot hers at home so he wouldn't sell to me. I understand that. So I asked him where the other oasis vape shop was (I wanted to get their sunday deal still cus I drove an hour to get to them) and he told me where it was. First visit in and the place felt disorganized. I was the third customer in there and it took 30 minutes for them to make 2 30ml bottles of juice plus they sold me the wrong coil that I now have to take back. Would not visit again.
