I want to sincerely thank the team at Oasis Therapy in Frederick for listening to my concerns and answering all of my questions before helping me fully understand: 1. Why I was dealing with lymphedema, 2. How they were going to aggressively reduce the swelling, relieve the pain and help build the strength back into my legs, 3. And finally what I needed to do to properly maintain my lymphedema after treatment. I highly recommend the team at Oasis!
I received excellent care from Oasis. Each member of their staff is friendly and thoughtful. They take the time to explain their process and answer your questions. The focus for my care was not only treating my Lymphedema but educating me on the self care I would need to do going forward. I can't recommend them enough.
Unfortunately the person that I spoke with was extremely difficult to understand on the phone. I gave her my referral and insurance info on the initial call and understood that my insurance was fine. She asked me to email front and back sides of my insurance card and that someone would call me back since they had a new patient appt the next day.
