Went there i liked the therapist not billing I was there for two weeks got a call all my future appts were canceled They said ins didn't pay if I wanted to continue o needed to pay $500 for m y visit I called i n s was told it was an error code they turned in I was the one calling and having it fixed they pre-ordered medical supplies for when I would be at end of thearpy was told $60.00 it was $248.00 Would not recommend they should have fixed the ins problem not canceled my appts while being fixed it showed they cared more ... read more
They’re literally the ONLY place specializing in what lymphedema in Frederick and they don’t take Medicaid 🙄
I want to sincerely thank the team at Oasis Therapy in Frederick for listening to my concerns and answering all of my questions before helping me fully understand: 1. Why I was dealing with lymphedema, 2. How they were going to aggressively reduce the swelling, relieve the pain and help build the strength back into my legs, 3. And finally what I needed to do to properly maintain my lymphedema after treatment. I highly recommend the team at Oasis!
I received excellent care from Oasis. Each member of their staff is friendly and thoughtful. They take the time to explain their process and answer your questions. The focus for my care was not only treating my Lymphedema but educating me on the self care I would need to do going forward. I can't recommend them enough.
Unfortunately the person that I spoke with was extremely difficult to understand on the phone. I gave her my referral and insurance info on the initial call and understood that my insurance was fine. She asked me to email front and back sides of my insurance card and that someone would call me back since they had a new patient appt the next day.
