I received excellent care from Oasis. Each member of their staff is friendly and thoughtful. They take the time to explain their process and answer your questions. The focus for my care was not only treating my Lymphedema but educating me on the self care I would need to do going forward. I can't recommend them enough.
Unfortunately the person that I spoke with was extremely difficult to understand on the phone. I gave her my referral and insurance info on the initial call and understood that my insurance was fine. She asked me to email front and back sides of my insurance card and that someone would call me back since they had a new patient appt the next day. I am so thankful for the excellent, compassionate care that I received at Oasis Therapy, from Jodi DePasquale. She took great care to guide me through the various therapy sessions for my shoulder pain, resulting from cancer surgeries. My pain is much relieved. She even took the time to prepare a a guide for me to continue with my exercises once our sessions concluded. Thank you Jodi for being a part of my Journey to Wellness.
