I have been seeing Judy for almost 14 years now and she is amazing! I was an athlete my entire life and play soccer through college, naturally resulting in muscle tightness, fatigue and minor injury. Judy is so intuned with the body that she innately knows where the tension resides and is able to work into the fascia of the muscle to release the toxins. She is able to restore balance into your body. I always feel amazing after a session. I highly recommend Judy!
