I am 75 years old and recently had a right reverse shoulder replacement. I found all the staff that I encountered to be kind and respectful. However, I want to make special mention of my anesthesiologist for my surgery, Dr. Gibson, as he was exceptional. He was so kind, thoughtful, patient and understanding as I discussed with him a fear I had about the procedure. When walking in, I immediately noticed the different tables & booths spread out in the waiting area. There were plugs (at each table by the wall), tissues and hand sanitizer at each table. They also have a vending machine, which we didn't check out. My husband said everyone was nice. We had a positive experience!
The entire staff is great! I cant say enough good things about them. From the girls at the front desk to the nurses and anesthesia team...all were the best.
