If I could give this company a zero star, I would. Customer service is lacking. Ordered 26 rolls of colored foil to be shipped to Hawaii. Their website states that they ship USPS and charge an additional \$10 to Hawaii. I called, spoke with an old woman named Laurie. She had no idea what I was Talking about, had me walk her through their OWN website to show her where that info was located. I confirmed with her that I would not be charged anything else for shipping. She said that was correct. Two days later, bam, I was charge... read more

Decent supply of items, shipping was pretty good and quick. However, customer service was horrible. Which is a huge factor for me. One of the items they sent was the wrong size - admittedly, I didnt realize it until it was time to bake (2 weeks after received) and called to see if it was possible to overnight correct size. "Lady" was rude off the bat...."well I need to check, YOUD have to pay for it..." Huh? Why? You messed up. She comes back on the line and claims UPS has already run and she cant send anything. when i went into another cake and candy supply store, they did not have much selection. but, when i found out about oasis i went over and the very helpful staff assisted me in finding exactly what i needed. i will definitely go back to oasis and many others should also.

The store part is very small but is attached to a large warehouse that they use for their wholesale company. The location is in an industrial park, so it might be hard to find the first time, but once you find it youll keep coming back. They are the wholesale suppliers to many of the bakeries and candy stores around so Ive found that they pretty much have everything.
