Have been waiting far too long to buy a really good quality outdoor spa, and the Byron Bay Hydro that I ended up getting from Chantel was worth every cent. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner, as I can't remember the last time I slept so well after having a one hour spa before going to bed each night. Thoroughly recommend to upgrade to the Platnium version too as the LED lights and extra jets/insulation are well worth it.
I was in touch with the Capalaba Oasis spas prior to Christmas to try source a new cover for my ageing spa. I was so very lucky to have Chantel look after my request! Chantel looked at all my options and kept me updated with what might work best for me. Once ordered I received calls to let me know the progress of the cover and when I could expect it to arrive.
