We love our spa!! Excellent quality and great configuration of seating. We ordered the Miami Classic. The order was delayed but this was due to Covid and the sudden high demand for spas!! After delivery, Karen from Brendale office came out to give us a run through on the whole operation and cleaning techniques which was very helpful. Spa is so good for tired bodies!!
After 5 years my spa has cracks on the outter edge but the spa is out of warranty and there is no suggestion of fixing it or how for me to fix it. I thought this company was better than the others but they are not. I can not recommend them.
Whilst we have not yet purchased our spa, I have to commend Brendale Oasis spa for professionalism, knowledge, integrity and assistance. We visited looking at a swim spa but after discussing our lifestyle, area household numbers etc. it was made obvious to us we were not suited to what we initial were looking for. The representative was caring and very pleasant to deal with. We highly recommend and we will be back to make our purchase when we have found out about our council requirements. Thankyou
