Very wonderful experience! Lisa is well-versed in her technique specializing in releasing deep fascia tensions from accumulated stress. She's kind and really works into your knots for deep tissue/ sports massage while communicating with you of your needs in session. Highly recommend, especially for the competitive pricing compared to other spa choices

Amy is such an amazing therapist I would recommend any time to anyone in need of some relaxation or healing. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and amazingly good at massaging. I left today feeling like a new person and she took the time to listen and take into consideration all my background and issues related to my back pain.
