First and last time at this dentist. The ladys at the front made me and my mom unwelcomed they seemed to have alot of attitude and kept rolling their eyes. My mom had an appointment a month ago where she was told she would get a $100 gift card a month after her appointment, she called and they didnt know what we were talking abou, next day i called again and they said we have to come in to the dentist and that my mom has to do signature in order to get the gift card, so we did and my mom didnt do any signature?? Never on time. Up to and over an hour wait. 10am appointment nothing happened until after 11am. Dusty from renos which have been happening for what seems like months. They dont speak English with coworkers while in room with patient. Rude, unprofessional, untimely.

I came for Emergency Treatment that my family dentist of over 15 years never offered or suggested that required immediate intervention for a complicated Root Canal through a 4-tooth Bridge, Oasis identified it, and treated it over a few hours and left me feeling very relieved and tonight virtually pain free apart from surgery residual pain! Thank you, and you will most certainly be my new Dental Providers going forward! Henry Cairney

My son had a positive experience with doctor but not with the person who took his x-rays. Just a constant problem in the clinic is poor customer service. All the time we experienced a great delay, if not they keep calling to move the appointment. Another problem is the reception staff always try to mislead with prices. I was promised and confirmed twice that everything is covered by my insurance, but when my son is done with his appointment the reception said he needs to pay good thing I'm just around the area at that time. ... read more

Unprofessional, severe wait times, and terrible billing practices. ​My wife and I booked simultaneous appointments here at 1:00 PM. Despite filling out paperwork in under 15 minutes, we were made to wait for another 50 minutes. It turns out they double-booked us without having the staff to handle both of us.
