Terrible customer service. They do not return calls as promised and do not answer emails. I have an issue with my GB430. Spoke to Cortland who promised to get an answer and call me back the next day. Several weeks went by so I sent them numberous emails that have never been answered. If you expect good or reasonable customer service don't but from Oasis Scientific.
