I had an incredible experience with Lydia! She is extremely professional and knowledgeable, providing me with valuable insights into postpartum health. Her massage was amazing and gave me instant relief from the shoulder and neck pain caused by holding my baby and breastfeeding. I felt so much better right away. I only wish I had found her sooner! Highly recommend Lydia for any moms needing care and relief.

In a past life I assessed massage therapists to gain their qualifications, so I am quite fussy. I initially attended with a birthday gift voucher. It was hands down the best massage I had in years. I don’t think Lydia realised that I really knew what I was talking about. - easily accessible with ramp outside - possible to have two treatments side by side with multiple rooms. - ambience - appropriate relaxation music at the right volume, exact amount of oils used.
