I cannot say enough about this program. Due to Covid, their free in clinic programs for osteoarthritis are now given online. From pain management to diet and supplements these classes were so informative and rewarding. I can honestly say they were a great help to me. I would also recommend you get a Dr. referral for an assessment with an Occupational Therapist. STEPHANIE CHUNG at the Richmond Clinic was amazing! She went over and above to answer all my questions and created an action plan for me and did not make me feel rush... read more
