I have just taken over as Community Manager for Hometown . Hometown purchased Oasis half way through the build and there are alot of areas that need our attention . I love living in Oasis but the 18 months waiting to get in was a nightmare. The community here is fantastic and as a single woman I fine the companionship amazing. I am not as lonely here. I find communication between Hometown and the residents disappointing. I love my house and find it very comfortable and easy to look after.
We enjoy living here but seriously miss the promised lifestyle of swimming pool, club house, etc. we will probably be lucky enough to still be alive by the time any of this happens…….
I moved in with the first group of the Oasis Redhead Group; There were issues noted and promptly fixed. I was impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the trades people who corrected faults/oversights. The fellow home owners were/are people, who to me were strangers to start with, but now a joy to be my neighbors.
