I emailed your offices this morning to make an official complaint. My late partner was in your Bradford facility in January 2021. Before I paid the £3995 for his treatment I specifically asked if doctors were on site as he suffered very bad hallucinations caused with being an alcoholic. I was told several times doctors were on site & they would help with his hallucinations. The reason I asked several times is it was during covid. Awful experience with this so called establishment Admissions team are absolutely useless and lack basic knowledge and skills required in dealing with people paid £1500 deposit to secure bed. sent over all required documents then giving a date and time to bring family member in. Got to oasis house in Bradford to then be told we can’t take him in no explanation or apology deposit was refunded admissions team need replacing urgently
