Awful experience with this so called establishment Admissions team are absolutely useless and lack basic knowledge and skills required in dealing with people paid £1500 deposit to secure bed. sent over all required documents then giving a date and time to bring family member in. Got to oasis house in Bradford to then be told we can’t take him in no explanation or apology deposit was refunded admissions team need replacing urgently
As a recovering alcoholic I helped my brother from another mother go to this rehab of of methadone and alcohol he's been doing great not shakes shivers and this facility is ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS couldn't wish for a better place
Wasnt given the full treatment I had been promised. Drugs coming in and out daily. Most staff were great but some were very rude and unprofessional
