The only reason im giving them 2 stars is bc ive been sober since going. It was caos overall. Meds: -The whole point of me going was to get my sublocade shot. I asked before i went if that was possible, & they assured me over & over that it was. By my exit date, i didnt have my shot. Matter of fact, i didnt get my shot till 2 weeks after i left. This place is absolutely wonderful, from the staff to the amazing scenery, groups and spiritual development. I wouldn’t be where I am if it weren’t for the little push I needed. Bless you John, Amber, Nick, Eric and most of all Issac. To all the special workers involved as well. I can’t thank you enough. It works if you work it!
Staff are very committed to the welfare of all residents. I had a seizure and staff was right by my side at the hospital and they were careful to monitor my well-being afterwards. They have been nothing but helpful and understanding. I am grateful for them daily.
So, I'll try to keep this as short as possible, but it's an absolute mess in they treated my son. And, now they're dragging their feet on refunding the $10k i paid for them to help my son even though he was only at the Knoxville Recovery Center (more on that later) for maybe 4 hours. This horrible nightmare began when i contacted the Ashville Recovery Center looking for a rehab for my son. They referred me to Oasis for a detox before they (Asheville) would accept my son.
