I’ve been seeing Sonya for over a year now for pelvic floor dysfunction due to chronic inflammation and illness. Without Sonya I don’t think I would have been able to have the vaginal delivery that I was striving so hard for. She has a calm and kind presence and gives very realistic feedback and homework to help with pelvic floor issues. During my pregnancy I had quite a few issues that through her work and recommendations and my diligence in completing all at home exercises I was able to resolve those issues enough to have a positive birth experience with minimal tearing! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Mandy as a pelvic floor therapist.
