I have been trying to get through on your phone line since 8am this morning and I cannot get through.
Our family will be changing clinics. This clinic is nearly impossible to reach on the phone to set up an appointment. Four times this week the phone rings and rings and then just goes to a busy signal. But once you do get an appointment, you can expect long delays even if you’re one of the very first appointments. I don’t think I’ve ever waited less than 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seated in a room to be seen. One star, do not recommend
You need to stand up for yourself the ladies at the front desk get all kinds of flack from patients in pain. The doctor was kind but knowing that my bank account is 0 did not really try to hard. I need a family doctor and will go back to get my paperwork done but may not return if i dont feel comfortable.
Dr Haddaw is super calming and friendly. Also very professional. Front of staff is friendly also. Dr Haddaw really takes his time to help.
