We had an excellent experience with Oasis Preferred Maintenance when they repaired our ice machine! From start to finish, their team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They kept us updated throughout the process, showing great communication and attention to detail. The repair was done quickly and efficiently, and our ice machine is now running perfectly. We truly appreciate their outstanding service and will definitely call them again for future maintenance needs. Highly recommend!
These guys are great! It's like having our entire softening and filtration system on autopilot. Every few months, I get the call that it's time to service and refill salt, I make sure the garage door is open, and they handle the rest. It's one less task around the house I have to think about--and one less Honey-Do item to have on the list. There's nothing else I could possibly ask for!
Original post (4/5 stars): I’m usually happy with their service, but yesterday left a lot to be desired. Had a different tech than I’ve ever had before, maybe he’s new. Asked for a shovel, which I provided. Didn’t clean or return the shovel to where it belongs, dug up and moved some pavers, which were not put back, nor was even the sand filled back in, and he threw the used iron filter in my trashcan, rather than taking it with him, so I had a sludgy iron mess inside my trashcan, which I had to clean up.
