"Everything is good, until you have a problem..." I had an overall positive experience with Oasis Pools & Spas when purchasing parts - straightforward transactions that required no follow-up or accountability. That changed when I had my old pool liner replaced by them in 2023. Installation was done quickly, but not very accurately - there are many wrinkles in the pool bottom, a small stone was trapped under the vinyl, and one wall at the deep end was visibly more stretched than the opposite wall.
