Would not recommend purchasing from oasis. When I bought my hot tub, it looked like a nice organized well run business. Now it’s a mess, can’t offer after sales service. Out of stock on chemicals consistently. The only thing I do there now is get my water tested. Not sure what happened but management doesn’t care. Tried to talk to them many times.
Fabulous facial and the product explanation was amazing, so I purchased the skin products along with the facial device!
Would not recommend this place. Ordered a tub back in July 2024 and the sales associate said 6-8 weeks. It is now November 2024 and still waiting. I call multiple times a week and email regularly for updates but nobody messages back. Go in person to check in and nobody gives you the time of day. Absolutely frustrating experience and worst service I have ever received.
Update on my previous review. The old ownership was 5 star. Under new ownership this has turned into a train wreck. Promises broken, no communication, and management could care less and not respond to anything. This place has turned into an absolute dump. I’ve been a customer here from when I bought my hot tub about 8 years ago. Went for start up chemicals late Aug on a Saturday, closed even though everything says they’ll be open. Went back again a few days later and nothing to be found, went to get start up chemicals late Oct still nothing. Asked the person at the desk if they were going under, she didn’t think so and offered other places to get chemical. Will absolutely not be going back to this place.
