I paid these crooks $125 for an estimate to refurbish our pool. They are a husband and wife company that have zero communication with each other. Never received the estimate and after several calls to the wife with no results I went to their “showroom”. The “showroom” is a joke. The needlepoint store next store uses 95% of their space as a classroom. The wife/owner rents a tiny office in the needlepoint shop, you have to go in there and ask for her. We are new to the area and new to owning a pool. These folks have been wonderful to work with. Ginger is a life saver! She has been very helpful and prompt when responding to all of our various questions. We're happy to have good people to help us as we navigate our new responsibilities!
