The worst company I have ever gone through! NEVER NEVER, WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. You might as well take the contract and throw it away because this company does not follow any of their own guidelines. The only portion of the contract they follow is when it is time to collect payment. We paid for everything to be completed, to only be promised that jobs would be wrapped up the following spring (reopening season). The place was listed as open and is only open Saturday. Drove all this way for nothing
Hopefully they install Pools and Spas better than their drivers drive, their box truck and F-150 flying up 309 cutting off people for the lane runs out by Danos, going to end up killing somebody
November 13th in Pennsylvania.. still waiting on a custom cover for our pool. One was brought today (long wait for the custom fit) and it didn't fit. LOL. Drilled into our concrete and chipped it while they were here. I understand waiting. But bringing the incorrect thing and making things worse is preposterous.
One picture I'm posting is what my pool looked like this past Tuesday when Oasis Pools & Spas came to start the install of my new liner. The second pic was Wednesday afternoon (THE FINISHED PRODUCT). They did an absolute fantastic job. Mark did a great job measuring & ordering our liner. Steve and his crew did a fantastic job on installing the liner. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. Their employees were very friendly and curious. Thank you Oasis Pools & Spas for a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them.
