One picture I'm posting is what my pool looked like this past Tuesday when Oasis Pools & Spas came to start the install of my new liner. The second pic was Wednesday afternoon (THE FINISHED PRODUCT). They did an absolute fantastic job. Mark did a great job measuring & ordering our liner. Steve and his crew did a fantastic job on installing the liner. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. Their employees were very friendly and curious. Thank you Oasis Pools & Spas for a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them.
Mark and his staff put our pool in last year. Was the best experience ever. Materials were ordered and delivered on time. Had to bring in extra modified. Never charged extra. Service was excellent. We love the pool. Answered all of our questions. Always returned calls. Have recommended to many and I know others that were very satisfied. Heater is top quality and heats the pool in less than 2 hours.
DO NOT GO HERE. !!!! Warning!!!! Do NOT ever use these ppl for anything. They have the worst customer service. Do not answer calls. Refuse to fix problems and the manager Mark actually hangs up on you when you call to get problems fixed!!! Rock bottom company!!
I had my fiberglass pool installed in April of 2022. Everything went according to plan and on time. Mark was great to deal with and Steve is a rock star when it comes to customer service. All of my interactions with Oasis have been very positive.
The worst company I've ever dealt with, not only does the owner do the most shady scummy stuff I've ever seen with a business, but they can't even deliver a pool on time. They struggle with basic communication and constantly fight with each other over nothing. They never have anything to sell, the owner is never around so good luck ever getting direct answers for literally ANYTHING.
