Hopefully they install Pools and Spas better than their drivers drive, their box truck and F-150 flying up 309 cutting off people for the lane runs out by Danos, going to end up killing somebody
November 13th in Pennsylvania.. still waiting on a custom cover for our pool. One was brought today (long wait for the custom fit) and it didn't fit. LOL. Drilled into our concrete and chipped it while they were here. I understand waiting. But bringing the incorrect thing and making things worse is preposterous.
One picture I'm posting is what my pool looked like this past Tuesday when Oasis Pools & Spas came to start the install of my new liner. The second pic was Wednesday afternoon (THE FINISHED PRODUCT). They did an absolute fantastic job. Mark did a great job measuring & ordering our liner. Steve and his crew did a fantastic job on installing the liner. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. Their employees were very friendly and curious. Thank you Oasis Pools & Spas for a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them.
Mark and his staff put our pool in last year. Was the best experience ever. Materials were ordered and delivered on time. Had to bring in extra modified. Never charged extra. Service was excellent. We love the pool. Answered all of our questions. Always returned calls. Have recommended to many and I know others that were very satisfied. Heater is top quality and heats the pool in less than 2 hours.
DO NOT GO HERE. !!!! Warning!!!! Do NOT ever use these ppl for anything. They have the worst customer service. Do not answer calls. Refuse to fix problems and the manager Mark actually hangs up on you when you call to get problems fixed!!! Rock bottom company!!
