Received an email that they are not servicing my pool anymore because our grass was to tall....it's rained almost every day this month!! Nothing in contract stating that grass conditions effect service. They stated it was taking to much time and they have to use to many chemicals to service our pool....ok.... I pay for the extra chemicals per the contract and you could have contacted us by phone to discuss all of this. They havn't been out to clean our pool for 2 weeks before the email was even recieved and I never phoned or... read more
