I am Gil Howard for Oasis Pools I have received a negative review for a Rhys Cooper about a pool that I designed. The clients issues were not proven. . A government inspection on site report was in reported in our favour. All client claims were rejected The review does not show the finished magnificentt infinity pool. The client did not finish paying and has benn avouding summons deliveries. The client si an active troll over th epool industry, Gil Howard
Gil was one of the few willing to pick up the phone and the only that offered to come visit to discuss potential options even though we were just investigating options at the time. Very reachable and willing to assist through the quoting and design process. Very experienced and can solve complex builds that others aren't willing to touch. Just be aware that Oasis now subcontract all work to Ocean Blue, not that this is a bad thing and I was already aware from a previous referral however may avoid any surprises down the track... read more
Oasis had nothing to do with the build, just sold the pool then subcontracted the whole job to Ocean Blu. Pool leaks, is rusting and moving due to inadequate foundation, driveway destroyed by concrete trucks after they agreed not to drive up and then did anyway, massive pile of rubbish left. With all that outstanding, demanded final payment for the fence and then abandoned the fence and remedial work when we refused to pay
Gil provided an innovative solution to a difficult site and turned a problem area into a beautiful pool feature that continues to draw admiration. I never tire of looking at it.
