The owner, Ralph, has always been super helpful in finding me exactly what I need for our pool and spa. There have been times when I felt I needed replacement parts and he has never tried to sell me something just to ring up a sale. He has always given me an honest opinion about replacing things when they're needed as opposed to just selling me a part.
Replaced pump motor through them, was vibrating and sounding loud from the start and when I asked them about it they said was normal, that nobody securely bolts them to the ground (weird I thought, but trusted em anyway). Lasted less than 6 months and fried up. Said they can't help me at all so I'm just out of luck apparently, offered to quote me for another one lol.
