Good operation
Thank you to Oasis Pool&Spa for having such reliable and professional pool techs and also for being reasonably priced. Being on the go all the time, my tech always has my pool looking great even during fall with all those leaves and now he has it looking amazing for summer. I highly recommend Oasis, it gives me a peace of mind to know I have a trustworthy person entering my home. Thank you guys!!!
Great customer service , fast response! Our pool has been ugly and green for quite sometime so we decided to find a new company and went with Oasis Pool and Spa. Best decision ever. They not only do great pool service they also provide exceptional repair service!
Very professional, and they do a very good job with pool service and notifying us of any maintenance needs. Very prompt with Service. Christina is always very helpful and reliable.I would highly recommend.
Needed to have the ribbon removed from my pool and replaced with a sealant/caulking. Mike came out and gave me a quote and I told him it would be just over a month before I would do it. I called the store and even Mike’s mobile to set up a date to do the job, but no one ever responded to my messages. I have found someone else in the meantime to come do the work. Sad, since I didn’t even get a competing quote and planned on having them do the job. They simply don’t care about customer service. Buyer beware!
