I did not hire them for my pool renovation. After sales guy was rude I found out they sub contract most of their liner renovations out to another company and charge you for their name on it. Chris got very defensive when I asked him about it. Based on the other reviews It seems this company does great new builds that aren’t liners and have better experiences if the owner works with you vs the help he has hired
Derek and his team built almost an identical Copy of the render we had designed. Everything is beautiful And we love our backyard now. There were some minor issues that arose during the second year opening, and Derek and his team came in and repaired everything with no added cost. Another issue that we encountered was our liner started to develop fading in symmetrical pattern. When your backyard is your happy place you want it done right. There were some issues but the team at Oasis made sure everything was taken care of
This company has zero communication skills. I was not home when they replaced coping stones that are unacceptable. My pool was completed at the end of last season(2024) and didn’t really get to use it, upon opening the pool this year there are issues with cracked wiring and leaky plumbing that have been ignored when I ask about repair.
