We had incident where our motorcycle was stolen and the last known location was near here. This is NOT their fault nor are their residents!!! But I wanted to say special thank you for the staff that was extremely accommodating and helpful. From the beginning they were willing to help even tho we are not residents here. I would definitely trust to rent here because of how amazing the staff has been.

⭐️ Very Disappointing Experience I arrived at Oasis Pointe at 4:55 PM, just five minutes before closing, simply to get some information about the apartments. I understand that the office closes at 5:00, but the welcome we received was basically, “We close at 5.” I was shocked because I wasn’t asking for a full tour at that point. I simply asked if they could at least provide me with a flyer or some basic information about the apartments since we were already there. As a new resident at Oasis Pointe, I’ve had a really great experience so far. Everyone is very nice and welcoming, and the staff has been absolutely amazing. They are professional, friendly, and always quick to take care of anything that comes up. Whenever I have an issue or need assistance, they respond quickly and make sure everything is handled properly. I really appreciate how much they care about the residents. So far, I’m very happy with my experience living here!
