Visited today to source a ceramic disc replacement valve. It was a DIY job for the kitchen cold tap. I took the old one in and he had not got an exact copy as it seemed non-standard. The gentleman in the shop suggested the nearest equivalent, so I purchased that and it fitted with a very minor modification. (A circlip). Imagine if I'd tried to buy online! 10/10 for service and price.

Really helpful and knowledgeable , new to area so was first visit, I am a tradesman but not plumber and the advice given saved me time and money. We need to keep places like this on the high street.
I went there this morning with quite a few queries about how I could solve several plumbing issues and what I would need to buy. The man behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful! Highly recommended; I don't know where else you could get that sort of sales knowledge!
